These terms cover smartzsyndicate.com, the waiting list, the newsletter, SmartzOS, the Token Safety Lab, Tunnel City and the SMARTZ Syndicate Telegram bot and group. The service is run by Smartz Francis through Smartz Francis LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.

Education only

Everything here is educational. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. The Five Checks catch common traps, not every trap. Checks are education, not endorsement: passing all five does not make a token safe, and failing one is not proof of fraud. Practice trading in SmartzOS uses fake money.

You must be 18 or older to use SMARTZ Syndicate.

Knowledge Points (KP)

KP is a learning score for lessons, quizzes, check-ins and games.
KP is non-cash: it has no cash value and is never paid out.
KP is non-transferable: it can't be bought, sold, traded, gifted or moved to another account.
KP never converts into tokens or money.
We may adjust or reset KP to fix errors or stop abuse (multiple accounts, bots, scripted answers).

Community tokens

The community tokens shown on this site are high-risk and can lose all their value. Nothing on this site promises any return. Only use money you can afford to lose, and check everything yourself on-chain.

Community rules

Be respectful. No scams, no impersonation, no spam, no asking anyone for seed phrases or private keys. We will never DM you first asking for funds. Breaking these rules can get you removed and your KP reset.

Ads and referral links

Sponsored content is always labeled. Some links are referral links, which are labeled; we may get a small commission at no extra cost to you. Ad prices on this site are starting prices and may change; Smartz confirms any price by email before you pay.

No warranty

The site and tools are provided as they are. On-chain data can be late or wrong, and tools can break. To the extent the law allows, Smartz Francis LLC is not liable for losses from using the site, the tools or any third-party service linked from it.
