SMARTZ Syndicate (smartzsyndicate.com) is run by Smartz Francis through Smartz Francis LLC. This notice covers this site, the waiting list, the newsletter, the ad request form and the SMARTZ Syndicate Telegram bot. Questions or requests: info@smartzsyndicate.com.

What we collect

Your email address, when you join the waiting list or the newsletter, or send an ad request. Waiting-list and newsletter emails are stored by our newsletter provider, beehiiv, and used for launch-day news and weekly build notes. Ad request emails are used only to reply about that request.
Your Telegram user ID, display name and username, when you use the SMARTZ Syndicate bot or the community group. We use them to run Knowledge Points (KP): check-ins, streaks, quizzes, levels and badges.
KP records: your KP balance, check-in days, streaks, quiz answers and badges, tied to your Telegram user ID.
Messages in the community group that the bot can see, so the group can be moderated and community questions answered.
Ad requests: business name, link, image and notes you send through /advertise/.
Basic visit counts: which pages are opened and which link brought you (the ?src= tag). No advertising profile is built from them.

The Five Checks box and the Token Safety Lab do not store the mint you paste. Member cards and Check Cards are made in your own browser. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key, and nobody from SMARTZ Syndicate ever will.

How long we keep it

Email: until you unsubscribe (every email has a link) or ask us to delete it.
KP records and your Telegram ID: while you take part. Ask and we delete them, which resets your KP.
Group messages stored by the bot: up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Ad requests: as long as needed to handle the request and keep records of paid bookings.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data. Service providers process it for us only to run the site: our web host, beehiiv (email), Telegram (the bot and group) and our database host. Links to third-party sites (including referral links, which are always labeled) have their own privacy rules.

About KP

KP is a learning score. It has no cash value, is non-cash and non-transferable, can't be bought, sold or cashed out, and never becomes tokens or money.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, leave the Telegram group, or email info@smartzsyndicate.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. This site is for people 18 and over.
